The new 4,917 sq. ft. Woodstock’s pizza space is a beautiful remodel of one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Davis, originally constructed in the 1930’s. DesCor’s scope of work included a new wood-framed mezzanine for partition seating/storage, completely new kitchen layout with brand new equipment, a full bar with 28 beers on tap and modernization of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout the building.
