This 35,000 SF, multi-phase renovation converted an existing building into a new church campus. The scope of work included demolition, seismic upgrades, and interior tenant improvements. Close coordination with the church’s AVL team was essential to integrate specialty speakers, stage lighting, and a front-of-house control center within a compressed schedule. High-end finishes throughout the facility included custom restroom accessories, suspended wood trellis systems, and custom interior sectional doors.
