Green Acres Roseville is a new ground up retail plant nursery, which includes a pre-manufactured metal building structure, a lath house, and a greenhouse structure shipped from the Netherlands. The building area in total is 72,628 sq ft. This is a DesCor MEP,FP design-build project. This will be the new and improved Roseville location, moving from their original location opened in 2003, with a larger retail space and larger parking lot. It will be the first of Green Acres locations to carry some specialty products such as pool supplies.
