Eight Mile

Ground-up construction of a 168-unit multifamily community, transforming a rough graded site into a fully realized residential development from initial infrastructure through final completion. The project included 14 three-story apartment buildings, 10 detached garage structures, 20 carports, a dedicated bike barn, and a thoughtfully designed community center featuring a leasing office and enclosed mailroom with package lockers. Extensive site improvements included underground utilities, driveways, curbs, security gates, fencing, landscaping, trash and recycling enclosures, a swimming pool, trellis structure, and supporting infrastructure designed to create a complete and welcoming living environment for future residents.
