Ganyo’s DesCor Builders is one of the largest general contractors is the Sacramento region, with $227.6 million in local revenue in 2024. Major projects that DesCor’s recently been involved with include the $33 million renovation of the Rancho Cordova Marriott and the Alder Creek Marketplace retail center in Folsom Ranch. DesCor was also honored for two of the Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Project of 2025: the Broadstone Villas multifamily project in Folsom and The Ivy at Blue Oaks senior living development in Roseville.
