California Northstate University Dental School

This 85,609 SF tenant improvement converted the existing 2201 Broadway building into the new California Northstate University Dental College, Clinic, and Administration Building. The facility includes a teaching clinic with approximately 160 dental chairs, supported by labs, sterilization rooms, classrooms, staff and administrative offices, restrooms, break rooms, and recreation spaces. The project also incorporates new mechanical and electrical systems to support the specialized equipment and operational needs of a modern dental education environment.
