DesCor didn’t start with a massive contract or a flashy launch. It started with a modest remodel and a big idea: that construction could be done better — with more transparency, smarter planning, and relationships that actually mean something. Founders Brad DesJardin and Neal Cordeiro built DesCor in 2005 around those principles, and they stuck.

Today, DesCor builds everything from biotech facilities to community centers across Northern California, but our values haven’t changed. This is a company designed for staying power: a place where leadership transitions are intentional, employee input drives innovation, and trust is still earned handshake by handshake.
