The Broadway Storage project is a contemporary, urban infill, mixed-use development incorporating a new 132,000 square-foot self-storage facility within the Broadway Corridor of Sacramento’s downtown. This 4-story, steel frame building is located at the once vacant corner of X Street and 3rd Street, in an industrial area just east of the Sacramento River. The new building is highly visible from the intensely traveled and elevated interchange of the I-5 and I-80 freeways.
