The project entails the construction of three new tilt-up warehouse buildings, with a total area of 314,617 square feet. The work scope covered grading, installation of underground utilities, laying a reinforced concrete slab on grade, erecting concrete panel walls, assembling a structural steel truss system, installing a panelized roofing system, and applying a TPO membrane on the rooftop. The sizes of the buildings are as follows: Building F spans 81,663 square feet, Building G covers 153,011 square feet, and Building H measures 79,943 square feet.
